Sasano Megumi

 Megumi Sasano is a composer based in Japan and Los Angeles.
 She has had more than 20 years of intensive training in classical piano, violin and ballet lessons. She has been involved in a range of activities and found passion in performing as a conductor, pianist and violinist.
 Besides her accomplishments in music production, she worked in a public high school as a music teacher for 2 years after she graduated from her university in Japan.
 In 2010, she was selected to attend the prestigious Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television Program at the University of Southern California (USC). Since graduate school at USC, Megumi has been a primary asset to Christopher Young (Spider-Man 2 & 3, Drag Me To Hell, Entrapment), working as an orchestrator/score coordinator/etc. on a variety of film and music projects.
 In 2017, she was selected to participate in the 2017 ASCAP Film Scoring Workshop with Richard Bellis. She now shares her time between Japan and Hollywood, creating her emotionally deep music that moves the heart of her audiences. She has recently worked as one of Japanese youngest professional composers on some of the most popular TV shows in Japan.
